How much does Cousins BNB charge?
One management fee of 20% of booking revenue. You keep 80%. We do not mark up cleaning or supplies, and there are no setup fees hidden in the fine print.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We look at your home, compare it to what similar homes we manage actually earn, and give you a range. You decide what to do with it.
What do you handle, and what is left for me?
We handle the listing, photos, nightly pricing, guest screening and messages, cleaning, restocking, and maintenance calls. You get a monthly statement and a deposit.
Where do you manage homes?
Mt. Juliet, Nashville, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Gallatin, Murfreesboro, and the counties around them: Wilson, Davidson, Sumner, and Rutherford.
